Neil is a climatologist who has been immersed in the Australian and global climate community for more than 30 years.
He led climate services in the Bureau of Meteorology from 2010 to 2018. Neil enables organisations to capture opportunities and avoid costly climate risk exposure. He revels in the opportunity to work with boards and senior managers on strategy and economic, social and environmental transition opportunities.
In 2019 Neil's climate work was recognised with a Pacific Meteorological Council Lifetime award. In 2020, he became a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company of Directors. Neil works with the Hub and our media partners to provide reports on extreme weather across Australia and internationally.
